As an experiment to test the capabilities of "corrective" audio software, I decided to record an improvised slide banjo performance, layer some guitar, organ, and melodica on it in a few slapshot takes and see how they sounded when quantized both rythmically and harmonically three times. It came out strangely cohesive in a mechanical sort of way, a strange contrast to the very organic instrumentation.
The title is the result of having just emerged from a multi-day power outage.
