The third is a drone caused by turning the mic's gain too high and playing the guitar less than an inch from it.
The bass is an acoustic run through the default utility plug-in Sub-Bass, which copies the bottom frequencies of a signal and creates an octave-lower oscillator underneath, like an Octaver.
Synth is a Roland SH-201.
Drums are a pattern of 4 measures of 3/4 followed by a measure of 4/4. This sequence of 3-3-3-3-4 totals 16 beats, matching up with the 4-4-4-4 of the other instruments.
